There is hope amidst mental health and depression. Many mental health problems such as OCD & Depression are Surmountable.

The ‘mysteries’ of mental health such as OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder) and the despair of Depression.
The perilous and mystifying wonders that lie beyond the shores and the barrenness of a sun-bleached sea-shore, yet the beauty that abounds from the mysterious depths of the ocean and the tranquility of a quiescent beach. OCD is mysterious yet surmountable. Depression is barren yet can lay foundations for a happier tomorrow.
From a former ‘captive’ of OCD and Depression, I welcome you to my site (www.depressionmentalhealth.com) as I would like to share some of my experiences and insights in the hope that others may also be free of the unremitting chains of such disorders, and other general mental health problems.

The struggles of the present day may be laying foundations for a happier tomorrow.

Failure is not falling down, it is staying down.

If You have OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder), or perhaps Depression or some other type of problem, or if you know somebody with mental health problems, this web-site is for YOU. This site is designed to support those dealing with mental health issues and to discuss how sufferers (and their families, friends or carers) of mental health problems can improve or overcome their difficulties.

This is a self-supportive, non-clinical, volunteer-based free website founded on
OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder), Depression and related topics for the ‘every-day’ person, those suffering mental health problems, their carers or families and anyone interested in anxiety disorders, managing stress, mood disorders and general mental health.

This website is constructed from a former sufferer of major mental health problems and is intended to relate to others who are struggling with mental health issues and to help equip them with a wider repertoire of ideas in overcoming problems relating to OCD,
Depression, general mental health, and related problems.

With dedication to my parents and my family and with acknowledgement of their prayers.
A word for my late father: “You taught me unconditional love and to never quit. You are forever my hero and my real mate. God bless you mate”.
